Description
Plastic clip for unbreakable bag closure.
Unbreakability is guaranteed by ultrasonic welding on various materials:
- Bags made from various plastic materials
- Plastic or cotton mesh
Itasystem’s plastic guarantee clip is metal free because it is made entirely from certified plastic.
Metal detector
Lilloclip is made of plastic and is not detectable by metal detectors.
Traceability and information
While clipping, it is possible to note all the information related to traceability, including the batch, up to 12 codes, the production date and the expiry date.
System flexibility
Information (production date, expiry date, batch) can be managed on the guarantee clip very easily by means of a rotating stamping device that immediately changes the data.
The Lilloclip plastic guarantee clip can be supplied in standard colours (white, blue, yellow, green) or with customised printing.
